Moda's amazing Black & Orange Night...

It was a night full of laughter, fun, dancing and singing. On the night we were amazed to see how many people had turned up in black and orange clothing which represent Moda's two signature colours.

We also chose the best dressed person who won a selection of wine along with two runners up. As always the music was absolutely fantastic with the great performance by the man of the moment "Campbell Bass" .

We once again thank all our valued customers and friends for joining us on this great evening and we look forward to seeing you all in our future events...

Moda,s third anniversary celebration a great success...

Our little bambino is three years old now and still going strong. We celebrated the night with the fantastic performance from campbell bass along with champagne and fireworks after dinner and what a night it was indeed.

We thank all our lovely customers for all thier custom and support over the years and we promise our very best to give you an even higher standard of food and service again and again.

Our new cocktail menu has arrived ready for spring / summer 2011. Choose from a selection of sixteen irresistible cocktails, all having their own unique flavour / colour and ingredients.

Our cocktails are made with premium spirits and fruit juices and there is sure to be a favourite for everyone. So you can enjoy them before and after your evening meal.

Artisan Italian Beers ..... (Exclusively only at Moda)

New to the family, our two selected hand crafted Artisan Italian Beers. These beers are imported directly from Italy made in small micro breweries, were passion, tradition, and experience means everything.

Amarcord beers were first made several years ago in a small Rimini brewery by a group of young friends. All were great beer experts and strongly linked to their local roots in the same city as the great director Federico Fellini and his famous autobiographical film “Amarcord”.

Amarcord is in fact extremely important for their beers, because this word in Rimini’s dialect means “I remember” and Amarcord beers offer a splendid memory of the wholesome and authentic flavours of the past!

We have selected two types for you to enjoy....

LA MI DONA
La Mi Dòna has the colour of old gold, with a fine, compact head and an intense aroma of malted barley. The flavour is full-bodied and rounded, with a persistent aftertaste.

LA VOLPINA
La Volpina has a splendid colour flushed with ruby red. Rich in spicy aromas, giving a warm sensation that embraces the palate and conquers it with a rounded and lingering finish.
